Meet Trisha Jensen
Trisha is a LCSW and enjoys helping women step into their strength and confidence. Life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am passionate about empowering women to live healthy, fulfilling lives and for people to become their best selves. I also enjoy helping couples foster deeper connections, effectively resolve conflict and build a meaningful partnership. Working together, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can express their emotions openly, while also being gently challenged to grow. My approach is compassionate, yet direct. I believe everyone’s healing journey looks different and begins with self-acceptance and meaningful change. Establishing healthy boundaries, improving communication, and fostering self-awareness are key to building fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others. The path to healing isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to walk it alone. If you're ready to take the next step, let’s embark on this journey together. Areas of specific interest include: anxiety, depression, coping skills, relationship issues, self-esteem, shame, and empowerment. Trisha is accepting new clients on Monday's/Wednesday's in the morning & afternoon. Call or text at 801-541-4944 to make an appointment. |
