Meet Hannah Barker
“Throughout my work, I’ve noticed a common thread among my clients: most people have a deep desire to grow, change, and become better versions of themselves. Often, they already possess the wisdom to find the solutions to their own challenges. As your therapist, I aim to walk alongside you, helping you gain perspective, develop psychological flexibility, and explore your strengths and values. Together, we can work to improve every aspect of your life as we navigate the changes and challenges that arise. Let’s face life’s obstacles together and create meaningful transformation!” Hannah Barker, LCSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2018, with a focus on general mental health.
