Meet Jessica Walters
Jessica Walters, LCSW received her Master of Social Work degree at Utah State University and has been working in the social work field for 20 years specifically with adults and kids with special needs, at risk teens, kids with autism, and individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She combines her social work tools, personal life experiences, and tools as a Certified Neuro Life Coach, Tapping and emotional release practitioner to help clients free themselves of that which doesn't help them and truly feel joy. She uses her experience and knowledge to help you ditch the shame and pain to feel good about the life you are living and thrive. Jessica believes that YOU can be who you want to become when you let go of limiting beliefs, process and release trapped emotions, and create new neuro pathways that support you. Jessica helps people learn how to love themselves and thrive in a life of joy and is excited to do that here at Resilient Solutions. To schedule an appointment with Jessica, call or text 801-513-1727 or email [email protected]. |
