Meet Kathryn Reynolds
Kathryn Reynolds, LMFT, has experience working with individuals of all ages – but feels she works best with clients ages 18+. She also enjoys working with couples (both pre-marital and marital). She utilizes various models of therapy but values how Solution-Focused Therapy helps clients recognize their inherent strengths and overall resilience when facing life’s challenges. She also uses the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples to address distress in partner relationships. Her master’s thesis research focused on women with a diagnosed anxiety disorder and their use of medical care. She feels passionate about helping women with anxiety or depression regain their sense of identity, expression, and purpose in life. She has worked with those dealing with anxiety/depression, sexual abuse/incest, relational conflict, chronic illness, sexual addictions, grief and loss, and other trauma related issues. Kathryn is highly motivated when supporting her clients with a team approach in helping them process their challenges for an increased quality of life - to thrive and not just survive! She has some availability on weekdays, and does not work evenings past 6 pm or Saturdays.
Kathryn accepts Select Health, EMI and University of Utah insurance plans. Kathryn is accepting new clients at this time. To reach her directly, text 801-891-6751 or email her at [email protected]. |
Kathryn feels deeply about helping people resolve their struggles and desires to work together as a team for an increased quality of life – to thrive and not just survive. |
