Meet Kathryn Reynolds
Kathryn (AMFT) earned her master’s degree in 2014. She has experience working with a variety of individuals of all ages – including children in play therapy, teens, and adults as well as couples (both pre-marital and marital), families and groups.
She utilizes various models of therapy but values how Solution-Focused Therapy helps clients recognize their inherent strengths and overall resilience when facing life’s challenges. She also enjoys working with couples using Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address distress in partner relationships. Her thesis study focused on women with a diagnosed anxiety disorder and their use of medical care. She has worked with clients dealing with depression, sexual abuse/incest, relational conflict, chronic illness, pornography addictions (including spouses of those with the addiction), grief and loss, and trauma related issues. She feels deeply about helping people resolve their struggles and desires to work together as a team for an increased quality of life – to thrive and not just survive. For appointments, please call Kathryn at 801.891.6751or email at: KathrynReynolds.MFT@gmail.com. |
