Katie Landgren, ACMHC, has her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Her approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a strong belief in the resilience of individuals. Katie is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, while fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship. Katie has experience working with individuals across various age groups, including adolescents (ages 12+) and adults, addressing a wide range of concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, OCD, life changes, and self-worth.
