Becky Andrews

Becky Andrews, LCMHC, EMDR Therapy Provider, Positive Psychology Life Coach and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional.   As a therapist, Becky specializes in companioning clients through grief and loss (death, disability, trauma, life changes, chronic illness, divorce, etc.) including individual, family and group therapy.   Becky enjoys coaching clients from a strength focused perspective and creating their resilience plan. Larry Anderson
Larry Anderson, LCMHC, earned his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2001, and became a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in 2003.  
Larry has been working with clients who struggle with Pornography and Substance addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Self-Worth/Self Esteem issues for 17 years. He enjoys helping client learn skills that help them live lives free of the captivity of Pornography and Drug Addiction. He has helped hundreds of clients with Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, and Anger issues live better lives.  He is a clinical supervisor of Masters level student counselors. He worked for LDS Family Services from 2004-2010. He has worked in Adult Corrections for 19 Years. He implemented and currently facilitates Female Gender Specific IOP and GOP Substance Abuse/Mental Health Groups. He has worked in Private Practice since 2004. He has an unwavering belief in the ability of his clients to change and live better, more productive lives and it shows in his dedication and love of helping his clients.

Hannah Barker
Hannah Barker, LCSW, earned her Bachelors Degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology, before completing her Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Utah. Her concentration throughout her studies was focused in mental health. 


She has experience working with a broad range of clients individuals (adolescents, young adults, older adults) couples, families and groups.  Her experience includes working with depression/mood disorders, anxiety, spirituality exploration, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, adjusting to difficult life events and chronic illness.

Stephanie Bergeson

Stephanie Bergeson, M. Ed., LCMHC, is experienced in individual, couple’s, and family counseling.  She has a genuine love for the work she does and finds great satisfaction in helping people work through challenging circumstances. Her specialties include grief and loss, single expectant women, infertility, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling, and parent/child conflict. She works well with adolescent’s ages 14-18 and adults of any age.

Lisa Bradford

Lisa Bradford, LCSW, specializes in women's issues including: depression, anxiety, divorce adjustment and sexual trauma such as sexual abuse and rape.  She also works with adolescent issues and eating disorders.   Lisa has developed a 24-week program, RISE, (Resilient Individual's Succeeding through Emotional Trauma), which focuses on helping women heal from the emotional trauma of sexual abuse. Lisa's focus is go help women and adolescents become resilient in their lives and understand their own personal value.  She has been a facilitator for 20 years of  sexual trauma groups and a therapist for 24 years.  Lisa is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and an  EMDR Therapy Provider.

Rachelle Buckner Eastin

Rachelle Buckner, LCMHC has a Masters degree in Mental health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Family studies and Human development. She specializes in counseling children and adolescence, particularly those who are dealing with anxiety, grief or the stresses of parental divorce.  She has seen great success in working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, parent/child relationships and dealing with the stressful adjustments of life. She also has experience working with victims of sexual abuse.

Aanika Edwards

​Aanika Edwards, LCSW, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology, before pursuing her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling.  She specializes in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse. She has experience working with single expectant parents, couples experiencing infertility issues, marriage counseling and adults of any age. Aanika has had many opportunities to work with adolescent’s ages 13-18 and has a natural ability to connect with them.  Her approach is solution focused in helping clients rediscover healthy lifestyle patterns and coping skills. She works well with individuals, couples, families and groups.

James Davis, ACMHC
has a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human development. He has experience with, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationships, parenting, mental illness, domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse, addiction, adjustment disorders, suicidal ideation, and crisis. James has a passion for helping others overcome struggles and achieve overall health and wellness in their lives. James is a trauma informed therapist and is experienced with several therapy approaches including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, person centered, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic. James enjoys working with clients to find the approach that will best support their mental health and overall happiness.

Cody Harris, LCSW. earned his master's degree from the University of Utah in 2014.  He enjoys working with all types of clients and specialized with kids ages 5+, teenagers, and young adults, as well as families, using a variety of mindfulness based therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, mindfulness based stress reduction.  He is also proficient in Child Play Therapy.  He has had success in treating depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, pornography addiction, and behavior issues including acting out aggressively and self harming behaviors.  He is very passionate about what he does and helping clients improve and make positive changes in their lives.

Andrea Lunt

Andrea Lunt, LMFT,  Andrea is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over 20 years experience. She is a culturally competent practitioner and works easily with diverse populations from young children to adults and is highly-skilled in working with individuals, couples and families. Andrea has over 11 years experience working in the addictions field and over 5 years experience with both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. In addition, Andrea is a skilled child therapist with training in play therapy. Andrea uses strength based models of therapy in which her clients learn skills to build positive emotions, optimism and resilience while decreasing unhelpful thinking, behaviors and emotions. She believes the best tools for change are within you, and the purpose of therapy is to help you learn how to access and use those tools.  Andrea is an EMDR Therapy Provider.

Melanie Jackson, LCSW, helps children, teenagers and adults change their lives for the better.  She has 13 years of experience helping others with their life challenges and finding a pathway for healing. Melanie works with children and their parents to find emotional balance and health.

Courtney McDonough

Courtney McDonough, LCSW, specializes in working with adolescents and women.  She has had great success working with depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, adjusting to difficult life events or stressors, stress management, and grief and loss. She has also specialized with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and trained in Behavioral Therapy, particularly Applied Behavioral Analysis.  She is also experienced in working with victims of sexual abuse.

Tamera Pedersen

Tamera’s great passion is helping others find healthy perceptions of self by changing ones internal narrative, increasing self-worth, finding clarity, healing, and strengthening relationships. Tamera has had many life experiences that have taught her what disappointment, loss, and heart break look like. Because of these experiences she is able to connect with others in a personal way. She describes herself as a ‘hope dealer’ and believes in change and resilience.

Tamera knows therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore she responds to her clients personal needs. She has experience working with individuals and couples and has taught classes and has ran groups. Tamera received intense training to become a ‘Daring Greatly’ and ‘Rising Strong’ facilitator to help individuals recognize how shame affects their life and to teach them how to live more authentically. She has worked at an outpatient substance abuse facility, Department of Corrections (counseling and teaching classes), and LDS Family Services. Karina Penrod
Karina Penrod, LCSW, earned her social work master’s degree from the University of Utah. She provides therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups, including children. Karina specializes in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance commitment therapy), Gottman Method and EFT (emotionally focused) couple therapies, solution-focused, non-directive/child-centered play therapy, and a trauma recovery therapy called The Healing Timeline.  
Karina became a single mom when her first four children were ages 2-9. As a single mom she learned how to set healthy boundaries, develop self-worth, and began a lifetime journey of embracing new perspectives and ways of being that invite and sustain healthy, fulfilling relationships with secure attachment. She has been happily married to David for 18 years. They love to hike and explore national parks, beaches, coasts and lakes. Karina is also a certified yoga instructor and group fitness instructor. She utilizes mindfulness and experiential techniques to assist clients in healing and progressing more quickly.   
Specific areas of experience include: adjusting to major life changes, including divorce and combining families, adoption, attachment,  autism spectrum (teens and adults), decision-making, faith crisis, gender and sexuality Diversity (LGBTQ+), grief and loss, mood disorders – anxiety, panic, depression, bi-polar, parenting, relationships, self-esteem, single parenting, and trauma recovery

Kathryn Reynolds 
Kathryn (AMFT) earned her master’s degree in 2014. She has experience working with a variety of individuals of all ages – including children in play therapy, teens, and adults as well as couples (both pre-marital and marital), families and groups. 
She utilizes various models of therapy but values how Solution-Focused Therapy helps clients recognize their inherent strengths and overall resilience when facing life’s challenges. She also enjoys working with couples using Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to address distress in partner relationships.
Her thesis study focused on women with a diagnosed anxiety disorder and their use of medical care. She has worked with clients dealing with depression, sexual abuse/incest, relational conflict, chronic illness, pornography addictions (including spouses of those with the addiction), grief and loss, and trauma related issues.
She feels deeply about helping people resolve their struggles and desires to work together as a team for an increased quality of life – to thrive and not just survive.

Lisa Steed

Lisa Steed, LCSW, has over 20 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults and geriatric clients.  Currently she is working with all adults from age 18 through geriatric.  She specializes in psychiatric disorders including Bipolar, Depression and Anxiety.  She also specializes in trauma such as sexual abuse, grief and loss and adjustment.  She has had extensive experience working with clients who struggle with addiction specifically drug, alcohol and pornography.  She sees clients with relationships issues that involve marriage and family, divorce and parent coaching.  and  also works with those dealing with anger management issues.  Lisa loves her work as a therapist and believes that the relationship between the therapist and the client play an essential role in the therapeutic process.
