Amy Johnson
I have a passion for teaching! I have a degree in elementary education and became a registered yoga instructor in 2013. I taught yoga at Dixie State University for 2 years and Infusion Yoga and Pilates for 21/2 years. I greatly enjoy teaching yoga to individuals and small groups. I experienced trauma as a child for which I received EMDR treatments and found it quite helpful. When I coupled my therapeutic treatment with yoga I discovered full body, mind and soul healing. Therapy and yoga combined is amazing! For 25 years I have dealt with the chronic effects of Crohn's disease. Along with a mindful diet, the benefits of routinely practicing yoga improve my health daily. My desire is to share what I have learned to help others. I am certified to teach multiple methods of yoga such as restorative, vinyasa, kundalini, breath practices, chakra based sequences, trauma sensitive and restorative partner yoga (RPY). My family would argue that my life is all about yoga but I absolutely love my husband and three children. Spending time with them is my greatest joy. Together we enjoy hiking, traveling, trying new foods, playing games, and watching movies. And occasionally, I get them to practice yoga! Angie Bailey
Angie has been teaching yoga since 2016 with a passion for meditation, yin, and restorative practices. In 2021 she began working at Resilient Solutions Inc, as a yoga teacher to help support individuals on their healing journey through trauma, anxiety, depression, and the healing process. She believes it's important to connect the inner being and learn to value and honor oneself. She has been involved in different types of physical movement throughout her life, including fitness, dance, and cheer at the University of Utah. Yoga naturally became part of her progression as she became drawn to listening to the deeper connection within. Angie specializes in restorative and yin yoga, where she helps create an environment of peace and healing. Her love for yoga started with the journey to love herself completely, just as she is in this moment. She currently teaches Yin Yoga at Infusion in Bountiful, Utah as well as being a Yoga for Mental Health Instructor at Yogawillheal.com.
